Who handles the setup?
Samir and Reyaansh personally. We do not outsource configuration. We write your call script, configure your qualification flow, connect your calendar, and test everything before you go live. You review before anything is activated.
What if it doesn't book appointments?
Our 30-day guarantee covers this. If Noesis does not book at least 3 real patient appointments in your calendar within 30 days of going live, we refund your first month's service fee in full. The setup fee covers our configuration work and ensures we are both invested in making this succeed. You keep the configured system either way.
How quickly can Noesis be set up?
3–5 business days after the onboarding call. We handle all the technical work. You need to attend one 30-minute call and review the configuration before it goes live.
Do I need any special equipment?
No. Noesis connects to your existing phone number through our telephony setup. You do not need new hardware or to change your current phone provider.
What happens if the AI can't answer something?
We configure escalation rules during onboarding. If a caller asks something outside the AI's scope — a complex clinical question, a specific billing dispute, or an emergency — Noesis routes the call according to your rules. You define what escalates and where it goes.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. All plans are month-to-month after the setup fee. Cancel anytime, no notice period, no fees. The setup fee is non-refundable because it represents founder time spent configuring your specific practice.
What about patient privacy and HIPAA?
Noesis is built with patient privacy in mind and we operate with data handling agreements for every client. We do not currently claim HIPAA compliance. If BAA coverage is a hard requirement for your practice, please discuss this with us before signing up so we can assess whether we are the right fit.
