How long does setup take?
Most practices are live within 3–5 business days after the onboarding call. We build your call script, configure the AI with your practice details, and test everything before it goes live. You don't touch any of it.
What do I need to get started?
Just your existing phone number and 30 minutes for the onboarding call. We handle the rest — no technical setup required on your end.
What happens when the AI can't answer something?
Noesis escalates the call and flags it for your team immediately. No patient is left without a path forward.
Is there a contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with no notice period and no fees. The $300 setup fee is non-refundable.
What about patient privacy and data?
Noesis is built with patient privacy in mind. We operate with data handling agreements for every client. We do not claim HIPAA compliance — if this is a requirement for your practice, please discuss it with us before signing up.
Does it work after hours and on weekends?
Yes. Noesis runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. There are no gaps in coverage.
