Noesis AI Tech provides AI receptionist services including call answering, appointment booking, and customer intake management. Service details, scope, and delivery timelines are confirmed during the onboarding process.
2. Payment Terms
- A one-time setup fee of $200 is required to begin onboarding
- Ongoing service is billed at $250 per month
- Monthly billing begins after setup is complete
- Payments are processed securely and receipts are provided via email
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time with no penalties. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable.
4. Service Availability
We strive to provide uninterrupted service 24/7. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime and are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers, internet outages, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, call scripts, and configurations during onboarding. Noesis AI Tech is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
6. Limitation of Liability
Noesis AI Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
