Will my customers know it is not a person?

Some will, some will not. We do not build it to pretend to be human, because that goes badly when someone works it out mid-call. It answers properly, asks sensible questions and gets the job booked. If you would rather it say outright that it is an assistant, we will write it that way.

What if someone calls about work I do not do?
